Elon Musk who is an entrepreneur, investor and an engineer , and also a the founder, CEO and lead designer of SpaceX ,Tesla Neuralink ,The Boring Company , OpenAI and PayPal before he sold it to Ebay. Brilliant mind and an outside the box thinker, I admire him a lot and respect his way of thinking.
Today we are not talking about the man himself but more on what he recently announced throughout SpaceX new project that is going to change the entire world.
I am talking about starlink: which is a new project SpaceX worked on for so long and start launching it step by step recently, starting this year with a launch of 60 satellites that are going to be able to cover the Northern U.S and Canada this year, while guarantee in the 2020 will finish the launch of more than 1200 Starlink satellites that offer fast internet coverage of the entirety of the populated in the world.
This service came to life because 50% of the global population only have access to internet according to some resources online, this gap will be covered by offering it everywhere and anywhere in the world, every single one will have access to internet no matter where he lives but of course it comes with a cost, comparing to what we pay to the operator that provides us internet and the speed we get I think Musk’s project is waaaaaaaaaay better and chipper and a game changer, bellow are the plans SpaceX internet plans Elon shared with the conference attendees :
