As of now we currently in this situation experiencing the massive typhoon, “**Tino**.” No electricity, no water, zero visibility and only darkness and fear, the same nightmare the Visayas once endured during the Oddete is happening again today. This reminds me back of how Odette felt back then— strong, cold and scary.

**November 4, 2025, 3:00 to 4:00AM** Manila time, signal number 4 covered the region. Red rainfall warning from Bohol, Cebu and Negros. Many people need help, food, water, and some lost their lives, some still missing. Even if we have work to take but unable to report because the areas are affected of flooding, debris and winds remain strong. Transportation is not available and it's unsafe to go outside.

Currently I’m at the City and I still have my family in the province. I’m sad in a point that I always mind their safety. Luckily, we still have the mode of communication and ask them if they’re okay. My brother told me they’re in a good situation.

In addition, early in the morning we tried to check the streets, and we’ve seen the electric posts are falling, winds are strong, the bridges with a high-water capacity and some part of the area experienced landslides.

I've heard from a news that the region submerges by the flood, and even the near bridges from was supposed to eat us. Thankfully, we survive. Also, I can think of those people in the streets, homeless people, their life matters and how could they survive in these harmless times.

In the morning, all those aftermaths have seen. Many vehicles were submerged, and people had to climb onto the roofs of their houses because the floodwaters were so high. Rescue teams are still searching for survivors, while others are slowly working together to clear the roads to help speed up recovery. This morning, you can still see how massive the flooding is, and many belongings were swept away by the water.

This is an image of those people having shots in our different areas in Cebu. Truly sad and asking how we could recover again.

I know that Northen Cebu was still experiencing earthquake but now here we are again facing this another calamity. Despite all the struggles we've been through, we will be stand again. Hoping and praying for a quick recovery for everyone and celebrating Christmas with a happy smile.
