Greetings to all Actifiters and happy Sunday. Today we went to play badminton in the morning. It's a much more demanding cardio exercise than walking. We initially wanted to play for two hours but got tired after an hour so we cut short our badminton schedule. After badminton we went to the mall and did some walking and grocery shopping.
Today I completed 10k+ activity points. I'm determined and motivated to be consistent with my daily exercise for a healthy lifestyle.
