Hello everyone 🤗,it's been a while since I last posted here I've been so busy with work and setting up all the necessary things I'll need since am trying to grow a fashion business from scratch,like I said in my previous post I lacked consistency and so this time am trying to put measures in place so as to overcome that challenge. Been an entrepreneur is not easy at all ,especially in this part of the country where am from the economy is not encouraging things are so expensive so running a business has been challenging .
I did some research so as to gather more idea about the business I'm also working on creating a good work space that would be a motivation to work . To create awareness about my fashion brand I always wear what I make ,that is one of the best strategies for me and it works ,when someone complement what am wearing I don't simply say thanks and walk away I reply by saying :thank you I made it myself and if you like I can make something like what an wearing for you and most times we exchange contact🤭.
I recently attended a large gathering it was held at the national stadium in abuja Nigeria the convention is to be held for 3 days and I thought to myself this is a way to advertise my brand ,so for the 3 days I made an outfit for each day .
This was my outfit for day one ,I just wanted something simple,this dress is a trendy style ,I made it with 3 yards of black creep fabric and it's quite stretchy .It has a princess dart that gives fitting to the upper part of the dress while the lower part was free and I loved it🤭 I made this dress in less then 24 hours .
This was my outfit for they two ,its a two piece ,I used this colours because I liked how the colours complimented each other giving an outstanding combo ,I got lots of compliments and contact as well ☺️ .Since my niche is ready to wear I made sure my designs are simple and comfortable and can be worn to any gathering .
And this was my outfit for day 3,it was made with white lace,satin and lining this dress was quite tasking to make because as simple as it looks I had to work with the pattern of the lace and other challenges I encountered during the process at the end of the day i loved the result I got ,its a fitted dress with a bow in the middle the bow was to give it a little distraction ,so that the dress doesn't look too simple and the sleeves was to compliment the dress as well since it's a fitted dress🙃 and it was my favourite of all my three outfit .It was simply beautiful and that's a wrap .it was worth the time and effort and am happy that I was able to get some contact of potential clients .
I created an Instagram page specifically for my brand having an online image is very important as an entrepreneur .Am currently working on my collection and I can't wait to share it with you all. thanks for reading and your support am also looking forward to any suggestion or advice you you have to share .
