I was surfing ๐ฑ the internet the other day when I came across a video that was talking about cloves and how to incorporate it into your diet daily and the video also highlighted the benefits of cloves ,I was like well I feel strong I don't see the need to drink clove tea everyday ๐.
Not until I did a little research on the benefits of cloves and heres what I found .
Benefits of drinking clove tea every morning : 1 .ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS Clove tea contains compounds like eugenol, which have anti-inflammatory properties, potentially reducing inflammation in the digestive tract and other areas of the body.

it has a lot of benefit and I can't list all here .
Number 3 was one of the major reasons why I started to drink clove tea every morning for a month now ๐, and I love how it makes me feel ,am not a fan of herbs but after trying this I'm opened to trying new things that are natural and safe for consumption.
Preparing this tea is not so difficult all you need to do is to get cloves I usually make use of four (4) eating spoons and after washing I put it in a flask and pour hot water , leave it for a while and then your clove tea is ready, I put it in a flask because I can't make one every morning so it's always ready when I need it .
you can also use the powder clove if you're sure it's not mixed ,but I use the seeds .
Like I said am opened to trying new things that boost health&WELLNESS it has to be natural too ๐ .
