Day 2 in the Kansai region and @revlat35 invited me to join his Ekitag adventures. 😅 He was also invited by @itz.inno and @wittyzell, so here we are, tapped to join. As someone who has no sense of direction, I found this a little intimidating at first. The first stamp, which was in Kyoto Station, already felt overwhelming for me. Thankfully, @revlat35 is the best person to follow when it comes to directions. I just trailed behind him, trying to “help” by looking for that small QR code.
When we finally found the stamp (my very first one), I felt this random wave of achievement. I told him I now understood why they enjoyed doing this. And because I finally got the “assignment,” I managed to collect three stamps in Kyoto, five stamps in total so far and counting. Yey! 🤭🎉🥳
For those who have no idea what Ekitag is, here’s the link: https://www.instagram.com/ekitag_stamp?igsh=dTR1N2l5d2xmYTQx
So, what do we get out of this? Bragging rights! 🫢🫣🤣
At first, I thought this was just another quirky hobby, but it is not really about the stamps, but about the little adventures in between.
