Hi there, I often wonder what to do with my free time. I often find myself mindlessly scrolling the internet, watching endless YouTube videos, or forever thinking about what to watch on Netflix, jumping from one trailer to another. I have always wanted my free time to be productive but not necessarily exhausting, if you know what I mean. So, I started painting by numbers during the COVID-19 lockdown. It was satisfying. It kinda fulfilled my dream of being a painter. It helped with my mental health, and I still do it to this day. But now I want to do something more, something new.
Thanks to @wittyzell for introducing and encouraging me to try blogging. Pretty sure she’s been convincing me about this for a few months now, but I only managed to actually work on it now. Got busy with life? More like too lazy to try. 😜 To pull myself out of this procrastination, I have to start now. Because if not now, then when? Another few months, which may then lead to a year, and then to never. Then what will I have by then? Regrets, full of them.
Why do I want to blog? Hmmm… Well, I am someone who has more thoughts than I know what to do with, so here they are. This will be my little corner of the internet where I can share my ideas, stories, and anything and everything under the sun, the stars, and the moon. I hope this little corner will soon grow to be not just about storytelling but also with purpose. I will not attempt to influence you, nor do I aim to become an influencer. But it would be fulfilling for my own sake to make blogs with a purpose.
