As can be seen in the teaching shared by Bro. Eli Soriano, Doing evil is something that is not always our intention, but the sin that is inside us is what pushes us hard towards that direction. Romans 7:19 says, “For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.” This verse perfectly shows the struggle every person faces. On our own, we cannot fully overcome sin. That is why God provided a way through Christ. If we truly want to Good, we really need to be cleansed from our sins and get a renewal through being baptized. This symbolizes the washing away of our sins which allows us to serve God and obey His commandment with a sincere, open and clean heart . If we neglect this steps , we will see ourself wanting to do Good, but will always fail to carry it out As Christians , relying on the Holy spirit is something that we must do. We can do this through prayer, obedience, having faith, This allows to be strengthen by God in other to overcome sin , and live a righteous life. If we allow ourself to be guided by him, doing good becomes a way of life.
