In some situations, we might not fully comprehend his plans , but obedience to his will shows that we fully believe that the plans he has for us is much better. Abraham is a very great example as can be seen in the Bible, he left evrything he was doing and followed God because of obedience, this obedience gave him more blessings than he ever thought. Deuteronomy 11:1 says, “Love the Lord your God and keep his requirements, his decrees, his laws and his commands always.” we are reminded by This verse that obedience and love go hand in hand. Jesus is also a very perfect example of this, the will of God was what he followed all the way to the cross. So as a christain, obedience is not just all about following a daily routine or trying to be as perfect as possible, it has to do with the willingness to love God so much that you are willing to what he ask even though it is very difficult as can be seen in John 14:15 puts it plainly: “If you love me, keep my commandments.” It is not just about trying to impress people without honoring God, it comes from the heart . When we obey God , we find blessing and peace , this kind can only be achieved by walking in the will of God.
