We are human beings, our mind is created almost the same way our heart is created , it is created to work 247 as long as we are still alive , it will keep on functioning.

That reminded me about those days in uni , while waiting for the result of an exam ,our minds become so occupied with worries, "what if we fail? what will people think? will this ruin everything ?" The anxiety grows because they believe every thought that pops up. But let's say that we decide to take a step back and decide to look at this thoughts maybe from another perspective , like a cloud moving across the sky , we will notice that these weigths might start moving away or lifting.

Not every thought is true, and not every thought needs attention.
The same thing happens in everyday life. Imagine being stuck in traffic. The usual reaction is anger or impatience, with thoughts of being late and frustrated. But if you just observe those thoughts without feeding them, the situation feels lighter. The traffic doesn’t change, but how you experience it does.
That’s the key: you are not your thoughts. By watching them instead of clinging to them, you create a small space inside yourself. In that space, clarity grows and peace becomes easier to find.
You don’t need special tools to practice this. A few minutes of your time is enough to take notice of this thoughts , fighting them won't make them go away, rather it will keep them coming. So allow them to come , allow them to go , with this little simple trick , you will learn to stay calm even when life is overwhelming. This is because you no longer mistake every passing thought for reality.
