We all have our bodies and definitely we should be proud of it, hope so every people are fit and fine live longer life. It depends on the person's lifestyle how much he can keep his body fit. Because of course it's in our own hand what should we do with our diet and body shape. If a human wants to stay fit he will definitely go gym, if he does not give much priority to his body then most of the time he/she will consume junk food or dirty which destroys their body. But we all have different bodies soo....
Sometimes it also depends on the age or the hormones. I also think after a certain age when our body is losing all the fitness, mass and all we have left is wrinkles that is the moment which I can hurt myself or others. Because it obvious when wrinkles come on the body we also lose our age day by day and our energy is also drained out. It's hard to live at that moment, and we might also disturb others to take care our our body. Well we all have different point of view but I am sharing about mine.
I know there are many types of different diseases even the skin problem or health issue in which our body gets weak, and from us other people might also get difficult with us. But to live fit as I said it depends on us, if its by hormones or god gift then we cannot do anything. But there are also many other ways to stay fit and live a longer peaceful life. If you want to stay very fit and fine in longer age of time then there are three thing which you should do everyday.
The three things are 8 hours of proper sleep, 3 liters of water every single day and 45 minutes of workout from which your body muscles never get stuck. So when you do this three thing you will be way more fitter from your surroundings people for sure. But the rule is there is not chit day or anything you have to maintain discipline and repeat the same process every single day. You will of course feel the difference in your body. And even our body is very strong object it had power to face any thing all we need to control is our mind.
Well we should also make sure we stay positive with our body, and take care of it properly. Because nowadays most of the people are very lazy and not taking care of their own body. So I would definitely say stay fit and try to have a productive day. And the only thing which I get disappointment with my body will be when my skin and face will get wrinkles but we cannot do anything by the age and time we might also have to suffer that situation. But before the certain age enjoy the life fully and take care of your own body.
