Greetings everyone!
When we have load of work its hard to manage our body and mind at the same time because we are stress out and tired. But to keep both them active and strong we need to train them. Well every person have different power and mindset to their work with help of body. It's all about state of mind how much do you push yourself. Well sometimes it also depend on the activity you do. But we have to keep both the mind and body body fit. But the main question is how can we keep them fit and active.
As I said it depends on the activity for example if you are doing farming then you need lot of stamina and power in your body which is a physical activity so in that case you have to keep your body fit and your mind will not play much role while on the other side if you are doing some job or any work which you are sitting whole day in front of computer or any activity which takes only mind focus not have much use of body then you your mind will get tired more. So basically it also depends on the activity what you do.
Well my whole day is very busy it's quite hard, but I manage myself any how well I have shared many times about my gym life. Again I will tell that if you want to stay fit by body then you should go gym or either any activity like swimming, zumba, running or any other activity that keeps you in shape. And other most important thing is about the human diet we all eat lot of sweets consume sugar and junk food. We should try to control it and consume less and much as we can. So for my physical activity I am going gym and hope so you guys are also doing some activity.
And if I talk about the balancing of mind the best way to keep calm mind is to meditate. I am trying to meditate very day for 10 minutes but I can't maintain the discipline over there. When you meditate it helps you to relief the stress and helps to recover the mind. It will give you lots of peace, everyone should do it everyday at least for 10 minutes. So this is how I am balancing my mind.
Well its quite hard to maintain balance in both, but all you need to control is your mind and it will automatically control your body. Well there are many way to control and balance but it depends on the person how they do. Well the most important part is as much as you work daily your body also need sleep and rest don't forget about them. Sleep also plays the most important role for the recovery. And even the food and diet hope your body also get as much as protein and nutrients you need. And always take care of your body.
