We all know about this world it's too big and at every corner of the world people are living. But sometimes the area matters, we all need home to stay to live a peaceful life. There are many countries, states, cities etc. And every area is been named by some name. And the price of land increases and decreases as per the work over there and how does the people live. Sometimes it also depends on the number of people living in that particular area. And if someone there is a new person whom need a flat, house in your area at what price do you expect from him and to owner house.

Well now let me share you about my state and area's price of land and house. I am living in the most expensive area in my city. I have also shared this in my blogs before I am living GUJARAT, surat and my area name is VESU. And it's the most expensive even in flats and lands. Every piece of this area will cost you higher as compare to the other area of my city. Before few years it was not much developed but at today's time its the most developed, safe and clean area.

Well If I ever get someone who want's the home at rent, then I would definitely ask his budget firstly. Because even the rent rates are higher over my area. But more important then that the first thing I will look is about the infrastructure of building whether its good or not and also about the amenities. That will be the first reason to pay the high rents, and after that I will look for his need how much he needs the home. Well let me share you about the latest rates with home space.

There was a home empty in out society and it's 3 bhk with hall, kitchen, dinning and all extra space which is necessary in the home. If you want to rent the house then it will cost him 30k in INR a month. That's the rate of our house per month rent and even in the future the rate can increase, because the area is posh and everything over there will cost you high rate. And if someone wants to buy the home then they need some good amount of capital to own the house.

If someone wants to own the house then it will cost them around 1cr in INR which is good and big amount. This rates which I have shared is about the flats and the price of land the bungalow is more higher. If you want to build a good home then you have to buy the land first and then you have to build with a furniture. Mostly people who are single are taking rent a single bhk home and not even in this area because the price are high. Other then that mostly family people are owning the home. Still the future of this area is very bright.
