This coffee is pretty strong, got me staying up to do stuff.

Hello again to all my fellow Hivers out there! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿค™ I am just feeling better after a few weeks of feeling down and out. This time it only took less than a month of feeling so low that I was not doing anything much at all.. NO hiving, NO email, NO social media, nothing more that laying in bed a lot and dragging myself to the table to eat or going along whenever my aunt went to events like her granddaughter's volleyball games or little trips out, like when we all went to have lunch in a town over here in cali about an hour away by car.

We also went to Avila Farms where we took this pic..

So I think I have more understanding about my bipolar disorder and how it's working now.. This time I was down, down, down for a few months when I got off of lithium.. which I had been taking since I was 16. Too bad, cuz, besides the drinking lots of water, which made for having to go pee every 2 hours or so.. it was starting to be bad for my liver. (or is it kidneys.. I always confuse those) so, if I continued taking lithium, I would need dialysis eventually. Problem with going off it.. I was in a manic state for a while, then, when it was out of my system.. I hit a deep dpression.

Now I am on two types of mood stabilizers and take an anti depressant when I am feeling down. This cycle of me being stable to high lasted a month and a half, before me getting to that very depressed state, which lasted about a month. I think the difference this time.. why it was less than before.. was that I maintained my weight and ate enough. That, and returning to the gym, even though I didn't want to go. (sometimes, u just gotta force yourself.)

and watching k-pop on youtube. and some good movies on tubi. :)
