I been kinda lazy and hiding these past years. I slowly built up to posting daily, getting in the habit of commenting on several other hivers, and just doing hiving and trying to really ENGAGE.
I had a rough start. I almost gave up. I stumbled on steemit back in the day after researching BTC. I joined right away, but was lost as to really what to do. It looked cool, but after about 2 weeks I was still like, now what? Luckily just as I was about to abandon it, I saw a post from a local blogger. I was living in Philippines that time.
it turned out to be bitter sweet as that person (not naming names) stole/conned $2k USD from me. Still, that was a good intro support for me and got me hooked into the whole blogging thing.
Then, a few years later, after being really near deathly sick and NOT doing much of anything for a couple years, I re-joined.. this time as a hiver!
I luv peakd and how things looked and worked.. a real upgrade from steemit IMO. I slowly learned how thing workked again. I also got hacked and lost over 700 HIVE. that taught me to be more careful and maybe even pushed me to take it more serious. :P
now, after 8 years on the chain, I feel ready to not only power up a bit, but really try harder to promote and grow hive and to really share it to lots of people. Like in my head.. I am thinking 1000+ ppl! of course. I am only a simply disabled guy with a dream and several computers / laptops/ tablet, etc. :P
ps. how do I go about becoming a witness too?
Have a great day hive fam!! :)
