My son is a quiet lad. He doesn't often talk about what he's doing. Apparently, he didn't even mention he joined the pep band.. just told his mom, 'I'll be gone tonight'

He did that with wrestling, too. Just decided to start doing it. He later did the same thing with judo. and he's always volunteering at school for trash pickups and stuff like that
I like to think I suggested (subliminal.. not really.. I took him aside once and told him how I wished there was wrestling in my high school. and he knew I was a music major and played sax in school.)
