Good Morning wonderful hive fam, in recent past.. I been adding a 30 second bar hang at the end of my workouts. I used to be 5'11 and then I shrank down to 5'9. I think I regained an inch now through decompression.. when I got to Cali back in June, I was shorter than my niece..

but no longer! :)
my mom is funny. she likes to brag about her older brother. (a nice thing) and she'll tell me over and over again how HE is the tallest in our family. I am at least an inch taller that he. :P
So, wanna get taller? try adding simple hangs to workouts, or just whenever. I do just 30 secs now, but might go for 1 minute from now on.
