Good Morn hive fam, I am trying to focus and regain my previous 'best' shape.
Currently, I weigh in at 158 lbs. I want to get back to 180-200 lbs. At my peak of functional strength (when I could do 12 pull ups and went to the gym 5 days a week) I weighed 220 lbs and looked quite 'full'. :P
I got me a punch card to this local gym here in Morro bay. I like it cuz they got all the selectorized machines I like, as well as lots of bikes and stuff. I ordered me an adjustable bench from Amazon and for weights I have a bunch of soda bottles that I fill with water.
I use a grocery bag to hold up to 6 , 2 liter bottles and like to use that for some exercises. I might end up getting some kettlebells too. The cost just $1 per pound on Amazon, whereas the dumbbells cost $2 per lb. I also think about the sound they make if I drop them on the floor. Also the bags are easy to grip and lift.. actually, I like kettlebells bcuz of the wide handle that should be great at developing the grip. :) I plan on going to the gym for 1-2 days per week, and doing home workouts for 1-2 days a week.
