Moments of Life.
There are moments where my friends and I get emotional and sometimes lost in conversations while talking about life and even how fair or unfair it can be also.
Sometimes we begin from the footballs talks ad guys always do, we argue joyfully on which English club is better on the process sending banters to all weak and relegated clubs referring them as not relevant in the leagues, then from there to jokes about how life is handling us or we're handling it but somehow ends up deep and emotional.
Life can be fair this minutes and be unfair this next minute. Especially when starts discussion on the financial aspect of life, how hard I'm trying but nothing to really show for. When it about money, asset (houses) and liabilities, things we dreamt about while growing up and we would be of possession in abundance is no where to be found.
On a bright morning when I and my friends meet for our casual talks on how life is, the gist would be about high school classmates who had big mansions and sleet of expensive cars, some how inside of me, by going silent for some seconds, I would be like, "God when will my life be this stress less" then assuring myself that I must make it in life, I just have to be successful because these situation isn't a funny one.
There are also moment that I would be coming across old time friends already married with kids, same time I would see son that are worse than my present situation not saying this a a way of mockery but to tell myself that the stage of life I'm nit happy about some persons is praying for that chance or opportunity to be there. An example is, I'm wishing and hoping to get a sleek expensive car and huge mansion as a home, where as another individual is just hoping for medical treatment for him or her to walk again because staying on a wheel chair is disheartening and yet another persons are in life support in the hospital gasping for oxygen that others are breathing for free and with ease.
There are a lot of hidden sacrifices our parent did and hid from us just so we would have a better tomorrow, same way we being adults today would do same for the next generation to behold betterment life.
Currently as a graduate, I am dependent on a handwork skill and not just government working position, that aspect had been politise thoroughly and no hope for the youths again. This handwork I have as a skill help me reduces the thinking about sorting jobs, bribing my way into what isn't beneficial rather into slavery.
Things might not be okay with you but remember some persons are wishing to be at your current affairs and situations. Let's be appreciative at all times.
We all will make it big not just for ourselves, but for our parents that made huge sacrifices for us to be where we are today. I never for once allowed depression to take control of my mind.
