Description from Strava: It has been a while since I last did a run.
I had spent a week planning and rushing about for my trip to Rome then a week in Rome and then a week settling down getting ready to go back to work.
It's safe to safe it's been almost a month since my last run and boy did I feel it!
Although I struggled in this run I felt there was many factors leading to it other than taking time away.
I worked a 9-6 shift at work and although I stick to healthy snacks throughout the day my hydration is normally poor at work and the lack of cooking facilities to have a hot meal.
I felt tired after work but I really wanted to go to the gym for a run and even tho it feels like a waste I also feel it was good to get in a couple of miles
