Struggling to stay productive and shake off the constant exhaustion after work can feel like an uphill battle, but small, intentional changes can make a big difference. I'm overwhelmed with everything going on, and it's taken a toll. I'm glad to be scaling back on some commitments and reducing time on certain social media platforms to focus on the ones that matter most to me. I have realised that I can be more authentic on less platforms instead of overshooting and trying to be everywhere.
