A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about emotional intelligence about students development. But I think it is also crucial to talk about the teachers perspective regarding it. As it is crucial to achieve an overall development both parties need to work actively in this reagrd.

Emotional Intelligence is a vital skill that is crucial in teachers' careers Teacher emotional intelligence has a significant impact on the teaching and learning process, and teacher emotional intelligence is noticed to influence student learning behaviors, engagement, and overall academic performance.

El is a significant part of teachers' training programs because it is related to classroom administration performance and other maintenance factors for teachers. El predicted self-efficacy and life satisfaction, and had a positive influence on teachers.

Employees' El, organizational dedication, and capabilities had a strong which shows that employees' El could have direct effects on any organization regarding betterment or output. Teachers with great character, often result in a generation with a good vibe because learners used to learn from their teachers. In this process of shaping learners' characters, teachers have to display subtle commitment and hard work.

Especially in ESL teaching, the emotions of educators are also impactful on learners' performance and learning outcomes. Teachers' El is closely related to student learning, and teachers with high emotional intelligence are able to focus on the emotional aspects of learning and teaching exchanges which can directly create a positive atmosphere in the classroom to make the course more interesting and enjoyable.

In addition, the feelings of educators in teaching and the emotional communication rolled up with learners, colleagues, managers and that is what directly affects the creativity of their teaching methods and then influences their learners' presentation and success. Teacher enthusiasm is also a crucial factor which has a positive impact on teaching and its outcomes.

Teachers who have not acquired El skills are notable to manage stress effectively. Emotionally intelligent teachers try to make better team players and are more effective at motivating themselves and others. Emotional Intelligence helps teachers improve their social skills, allowing them to collaborate with others more effectively. One of the reasons why teachers with high El do better than others is that they have the skills and talents to avoid and manage stress throughout the teaching and learning process.

Hence, El is advantageous for teachers to handle any circumstance in the working environment. When teachers are emotionally stable, they can maximize their potential since there is a link between their El and their degree of job satisfaction.
