Es un placer saludarlos a todos en esta comunidad espero se encuentre muy bien hoy en mi dia de trabajo me llego una moto scooter con un problema que estaba consumiendo el aceite del motor yo le dije al dueño que habia que anillarla y cambiarle los sellos de las valvulas para que no siguiera consumiendo aceite.
It's a pleasure to greet everyone in this community. I hope you're all doing well. Today, on my work day, a scooter arrived with a problem: it was consuming engine oil. I told the owner that it needed to be ringed and the valve seals changed to stop it from consuming more oil.
Lo primero que hice fue comenzar a quitar las tapas de los lados ya que esta moto tiene muchas tapas y cubre todo el moto, una vez que retire las tapas comence a desarmar el motor.
The first thing I did was start removing the covers from the sides since this bike has many covers and covers the entire bike, once I removed the covers I began to disassemble the engine.
Saque el tubo de escape y segui quitando las tapas de refrigeracion del motor ya con esto comence a sacar los tornillos que agarra el cilindro y la camara estos tornillos 4 ya sacado jale la camara y luego el cilindro.
I removed the exhaust pipe and continued removing the engine cooling covers. With this, I began to remove the screws that hold the cylinder and the chamber. Once these 4 screws were removed, I pulled the chamber and then the cylinder.
Ya con el medio motor desarmado revise el cilindro y efectivamente los anillos estaba un desgastado habia que cambiarlo, al revisar la camara los sellos de esta estaba totalmente quemado, continue con montar los anillos nuevos y los sellos de las valvulas ya habiendo cambiando todo esto comence armar todo nuevamente.
With the engine half disassembled, I checked the cylinder and indeed the rings were worn and had to be replaced. When I checked the chamber, its seals were completely burnt. I continued to install the new rings and valve seals. Having changed all of this, I began to put everything back together.
Al armar el motor me iva asegurando que todo estuviera bien armado repiendo y asegurando bien cada tornillo, al terminar le di a prender la moto y encendio de una, eso quiso decir que todo quedo perfectamente armado ya para finalizar coloque las tapas y la saque a rodar para asegurarme que habia quedado bien y asi la entregue a su dueño.
When I was assembling the engine, I was making sure that everything was properly assembled, repeating and securing each screw well. When I finished, I started the motorcycle and it fired up immediately. This meant that everything was perfectly assembled. Finally, I put the covers back on and took it out for a ride to make sure it was all right, and then I handed it over to its owner.
