Saludos queridos amigos de la co.unidad de #gems espero se encuentre todo muy bien hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una moto unico forza 250 que trajeron al taller porque se estaba recalentando mucho, lo primero que hago en estos casos es revisar precion de aceite y efectivamente no estaba subiendo aceite para arriba de la camara.
Greetings dear friends of the #gems community, I hope all is well. Today I want to share with you a Unico Forza 250 motorcycle that was brought to the workshop because it was overheating a lot. The first thing I do in these cases is check the oil pressure, and indeed, no oil was rising above the chamber.
Para poder saber porque no subia aceite tuve que comenzar a desarmar poco a poco parte por parte para saber el porque no esta subiendo aceite.
In order to find out why the oil wasn't rising, I had to start disassembling it little by little, part by part, to find out why the oil wasn't rising.
Cuando ya tuve que sacar la bomba de aceite pude ver que el duto por donde corre el aceite estaba totalmente tapado con sucio y pedazos de parte de los delizadores de cadena.
When I finally had to remove the oil pump, I could see that the duct through which the oil runs was completely clogged with dirt and pieces of chain sprockets.
Unas de las razones por lo que paso esto fue que una vez cambiaron el aceite por el lado del filtro y al taparlo el filtro lo montaron alreves y por esto el filtro no hacia su trabajo que era impedir que no pasara sucio para la bomba.
One of the reasons why this happened was that once they changed the oil on the filter side and when they covered it, they mounted the filter backwards and because of this, the filter wasn't doing its job, which was to prevent dirt from passing through to the pump.
Ya sabiendo el daño limpie todo el duto acomode el filtro de aceite para que volviera a pasar lo mismo y volvi arma todo nuevamente.
Knowing the damage, I cleaned the entire duct, adjusted the oil filter so that the same thing would happen again, and put everything back together again.
