Para esta travesía hemos decidido venir mi novia y yo en horas de la mañana en bicicleta, también para aprovechar la rutina y también para alcanzar a ver algo, ya que nos decían que por lo general para esos días suele estar complicado, por lo que pudimos tener la oportunidad de ver un poco la "La Danza del Dragón" 🚵🏻‍♀️

 Para poder llegar al barrio chino hay que pasar por el imponente arco de acceso ubicado en la esquina de las calles Arribeños y Juramento, aunque ya para esas horas de la mañana había muchas personas transitando.

Aprovechamos para comprar unos dumplings rellenos para comer en casa y que luego decidimos acompañar con una salsa de soya, un toque de wasabi y sésamo, pero si tienes la oportunidad de visitar el barrio te los recomiendo. Después de largos pedaleos siento que fue nuestra recompensa luego de una hora en bici hasta casa😅
