Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hiveghana community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompts life choice prompts.
This is a good opportunity for my people; everyone is looking for a way to leave the country, and when they are offered the opportunity to travel, they will be ever grateful to the person who gave them the opportunity. One thing that will come to the mind of every Nigerian citizen once they are being offered a huge amount of money is relocation; they always have the picture of abroad, with the hope that abroad is better than Nigeria, and once you are abroad, you are made.
It is the desire of my people to leave Nigeria for another country that is more developed and probably has better opportunities. I don’t blame my people for wishing for a better life; the way my country is right now, every single person existing in the country wants to run away from the country. Based on what is happening in my country and the country's economy, whoever that is, given that huge amount, will not think twice.
Both the old want to leave the country. If you go to the embassy and see the way my people are applying for visas, you will ask yourself what is happening. I don’t blame them because the government has failed us. Everyone wants to live in another place to have a better life.
If I am given a huge amount of money, I will not leave my country. I have so many memories in my country to hold on to. There is no place like home. There is no country that is perfect. With that kind of money, I will be comfortable in my country. If we keep running from our country, who will develop it? With that money I can develop one thing in my country that will create employment for the youth in my country; with that I have created opportunities for the youth.
With the money I can live my dream life and comfort in my country; whatever will make me relocate to another country is all here in my country. The country is a blessed country blessed with natural resources and so on. Relocating to another country, I am not sure of what the future will hold for me there.
I am not against people who wish to relocate to another country; everyone has their choices. For me, I will stay in my country; this is where I am made, my origin, my culture and my heritage.
Oh yes, I will stay in my country; if I have that huge amount, I will live a comfortable life here in my country without stress. If we keep running away at every chance we have, who will develop the country for us? I will stay in my country.
