 Hola a todos que tengan un feliz inicio de semana, en mi país ya estamos de vuelta al trabajo, así que ayer prepare una deliciosa sopa de res para despedir mis días de descanso. La verdad inicio una nueva experiencia, asi que bueno voy con fé, amo una sopa que me restaura, me complace el paladar, porque aunque el estado dónde vivo es caluroso, tomar la sopa a la orilla de la playa es maravilloso. Me gustan las sopas con una textura no tan espesa, me encanta todo tipo de verdura que le da ese gusto y esas especias que le dan sazón, escoger el corte de carne es importante me gusta con carne y poca grasa, aunque a veces es difícil conseguir calidad siempre se resuelve. Como toda mamá tengo una olla para las sopas, cuando se trata de cocinar me gusta poner corazón, es importante que todo esté bien cocido, así que la carne es lo primero que pongo al fuego.  Entre los vegetales no pueden faltar el jojoto, el plátano verde, la auyama, el apio y entre las verduras el celery, cebollín, cilantro entre otros que la verdad son infaltables en mi sopa.
