Over the last days, while browsing through communities and profiles, I stumbled upon something I hadn’t really noticed before — the Sentinel Badge. It marks users who have never unstaked their Hive Power and who hold more than 5000 HP. At first glance, it might sound like just another label, but when I started looking closer, I realized how much meaning it actually carries.
This little badge is more than a sign of numbers or technical status. To me, it represents a certain mindset — a group of people who see Hive not just as a quick way to earn a few tokens, but as something worth building with. These are the users who believe in the long-term idea, who see Hive as an experiment in digital ownership, decentralized communication, and creative freedom.
I spent some time scrolling through their blogs and, to my surprise, I found a lot of interesting and thoughtful content — writing that feels personal, grounded, and deeply invested. It reminded me why I started being active here in the first place: not to chase rewards, but to connect, exchange ideas, and grow a small corner of meaningful conversation on the blockchain.
So today, I decided to subscribe to this community and leave this post here — as a small introduction and a gesture of connection. If you’re reading this and you share a similar feeling about Hive, then maybe we’re already on the same wavelength.
I truly believe that Hive, at its best, is not just a platform for earning crypto — it’s a laboratory for new kinds of communication and community. A space where we can all experiment with what it means to publish, interact, and create value together.

Gleichgesinnte finden – Mein Weg zum Sentinel Badge Club
In den letzten Tagen, beim Stöbern durch verschiedene Communities und Profile, bin ich auf etwas gestoßen, das mir bisher gar nicht richtig aufgefallen war – das Sentinel Badge. Es kennzeichnet Nutzerinnen und Nutzer, die noch nie ihre Hive Power abgestaked haben und mehr als 5000 HP besitzen. Auf den ersten Blick mag das nur wie ein technisches Detail wirken – doch je länger ich mir diese Gruppe ansah, desto mehr Bedeutung bekam dieses kleine Symbol für mich.
Das Badge steht für mich für eine bestimmte Haltung: für Menschen, die Hive nicht nur als schnellen Weg sehen, ein paar Token zu verdienen, sondern als langfristiges Projekt, als Investition in eine mögliche neue Form der Kommunikation und Selbstveröffentlichung.
Ich habe mir einige der Blogs angesehen und war wirklich überrascht, wie viel spannenden und tiefgehenden Content ich dort gefunden habe. Texte, die persönlich sind, die Haltung zeigen und Engagement spürbar machen. Genau das ist es, was Hive für mich immer interessant gemacht hat – der Gedanke, hier nicht einfach zu konsumieren, sondern aktiv Teil einer wachsenden, dezentralen Gemeinschaft zu sein.
Heute habe ich mich also entschlossen, dieser Community beizutreten und diesen Beitrag hier zu lassen – als kleine Vorstellung und als Zeichen des Wunsches, mich zu vernetzen und andere zu unterstützen.
Ich glaube fest daran, dass Hive – wenn man es richtig nutzt – viel mehr ist als nur eine Plattform zum Verdienen. Es ist ein Labor für neue Formen von Kommunikation und digitaler Zusammenarbeit.
