Good evening, Hive community. Today in the training of the Shimazu clan, despite the rain that accompanied us during almost the entire session, we demonstrated once again our unwavering commitment. The members of the clan do not stop at obstacles; the rain was just a challenge that we accepted with determination. Although the weather prevented us from practicing freestyle, we made the most of the time to focus on the fundamentals and perfect our static strength.

La sesión se centró en dos movimientos clave: el front lever y el back lever. Cada uno de nosotros está en un nivel diferente, y es fascinante ver cómo nos motivamos mutuamente. Nos animamos unos a otros, compartimos consejos y celebramos cada pequeño avance. No solo se trata de la fuerza física, sino también de la disciplina mental necesaria para mantener estas posturas. Realizamos múltiples rutinas diseñadas específicamente para mejorar la técnica y la resistencia en estos ejercicios. La dedicación que vi hoy en cada uno de mis compañeros es la razón por la que este clan se siente como una verdadera familia. Salimos del entrenamiento empapados, pero con la satisfacción de haber superado un reto y de haber avanzado un paso más hacia nuestras metas. The session focused on two key movements: the front lever and the back lever. Each of us is on a different level, and it's fascinating to see how we motivate each other. We encourage each other, share advice and celebrate every little advance. It is not only about physical strength, but also about the mental discipline necessary to maintain these postures. We perform multiple routines specifically designed to improve technique and endurance in these exercises. The dedication I saw today in each of my colleagues is the reason why this clan feels like a real family. We left the training soaked, but with the satisfaction of having overcome a challenge and having advanced one more step towards our goals.
