Good morning to the whole Hive community! I want to share with you a beautiful memory, a true #TBT of an unforgettable day. After weeks of intense training, where we gave 100% of our energy and dedication, the Shimazu clan decided it was time to take a well-deserved break. Not everything is discipline and effort; we also know how to enjoy as a true group of friends, strengthening the ties that unite us beyond the routines of calisthenics.

Para esta ocasión especial, elegimos la Playa Sonrisa, un rincón paradisíaco ubicado aquí mismo, en Puerto Cabello. Fue la elección perfecta para desconectar y recargar energías. La atmósfera era simplemente mágica: el atardecer pintaba el cielo con tonos naranjas y rosados, mientras el agua serena nos invitaba a sumergirnos en su tranquilidad. Las vibras eran absolutamente geniales; no podíamos evitar sentirnos inspirados por la belleza del entorno.
For this special occasion, we chose Playa Sonrisa, a heavenly corner located right here, in Puerto Cabello. It was the perfect choice to disconnect and recharge your batteries. The atmosphere was simply magical: the sunset painted the sky with orange and pink tones, while the serene water invited us to immerse ourselves in its tranquility. The vibes were absolutely great; we couldn't help but feel inspired by the beauty of the environment.

A pesar de que el objetivo principal era relajarnos, nuestro espíritu calisténico no nos abandonó ni por un segundo. Aprovechamos la arena y el paisaje espectacular para capturar algunas fotografías, inmortalizando el momento. Además, no perdimos la oportunidad de mostrar nuestro potencial: nos pusimos a realizar planchas y paradas de manos, demostrando que la calistenia es una forma de vida que llevamos a donde quiera que vayamos. Fue la combinación perfecta de camaradería, relajación y pasión por nuestro deporte. Sin duda, un día que recordaremos con mucho cariño por mucho tiempo.
Although the main objective was to relax, our calysthenic spirit did not leave us even for a second. We took advantage of the sand and the spectacular landscape to capture some photographs, immortalizing the moment. In addition, we did not miss the opportunity to show our potential: we began to make ironing and handstands, demonstrating that calisthenics is a way of life that we take wherever we go. It was the perfect combination of camaraderie, relaxation and passion for our sport. Without a doubt, a day that we will remember with great affection for a long time.
