La segunda parte del entrenamiento fue igual de intensa y llena de buena energía. El lugar seguía con ese ambiente increíble, donde unos seguían dándolo todo en sus series y otros ya estaban tomando un respiro, disfrutando un poco después del esfuerzo. Me encantó poder ver todo desde diferentes ángulos, porque así noté detalles que antes pasaban desapercibidos y pude apreciar mejor la concentración y el compromiso de cada uno.

Con @psycho-yoseph y @araxzey seguimos dándole duro al Handstand, pero esta vez grabando desde varias perspectivas que nos dejaron ver cosas nuevas de nuestra técnica. @psycho-yoseph otra vez demostró un control increíble, más allá de lo que solemos notar a simple vista. Se le veía súper fuerte y equilibrado, fue un placer ver lo limpio que domina esta habilidad.
@araxzey también siguió mejorando, esa inclinación perfecta en su Brazilian Handstand se veía mucho más clara con las tomas nuevas. Las negativas en straddle que practicaba también mostraron un avance muy bueno, se nota que el cuerpo le responde mejor y que cada entrenamiento está dando resultados.

Yo estuve concentrado en las transiciones, viendo bien cada paso mientras pasaba de L-sit a Handstand. Siento que todo fluía mejor y que logré un press de Handstand más controlado. Verlo desde diferentes ángulos me ayudó a darme cuenta de pequeños detalles que quiero pulir, porque sé que ahí está la clave.
Entrenar juntos y poder compartir estos momentos viéndonos desde otra perspectiva hace que todo el esfuerzo valga aún más la pena. Fue una tarde de mucho aprendizaje, apoyo y ganas de seguir creciendo como grupo y en nuestra pasión por el street workout.

The second part of the workout was just as intense and full of good energy. The place maintained that incredible atmosphere, where some were still giving their all in their sets and others were already taking a break, enjoying themselves a little after the effort. I loved being able to see everything from different angles because it allowed me to notice details that had previously gone unnoticed and I was able to better appreciate everyone's concentration and commitment.

With @psycho-yoseph and @araxzey, we continued to work hard on the Handstand, but this time recording from various perspectives that allowed us to see new aspects of our technique. @psycho-yoseph once again demonstrated incredible control, beyond what we usually notice with the naked eye. He looked super strong and balanced; it was a pleasure to see how cleanly he masters this skill.
@araxzey also continued to improve. That perfect lean in her Brazilian Handstand was much clearer with the new shots. The straddle negatives she was practicing also showed great progress. It's clear her body is responding better and each workout is yielding results.

I was focused on the transitions, carefully observing each step as I went from L-sit to Handstand. I feel like everything was flowing better and I achieved a more controlled Handstand press. Seeing it from different angles helped me notice small details I want to refine, because I know that's where the key lies.
Training together and being able to share these moments, seeing each other from another perspective, makes all the effort even more worthwhile. It was an afternoon of great learning, support, and a desire to continue growing as a group and in our passion for street workout.
