La rutina de front lever con los muchachos fue épica, de verdad que sí, y todo fue tan progresivo. # Estábamos @psycho-yoseph, su alumno y yo, listos para darle con todo a los estáticos en cooperativo. No era solo entrenar, sino apoyarnos, Como siempre, cada uno buscando su punto más cómodo para hacer ese front lever. En mi caso, la sensación de tener el cuerpo recto y esa tensión controlada es lo que busco. # Empezamos con José y yo al mismo tiempo, buscando ese front lever sincronizado. ¡Fue súper bien! One of those that just fill you with energy and you train your absolute best. The front lever routine with the guys was epic, seriously, it really was, and everything felt so progressive. # It was @psycho-yoseph, his student, and me, all ready to hit the statics in a cooperative session. It wasn't just about training, but about supporting each other. As always, each one of us looked for their most comfortable point to nail that front lever. For me, the feeling of having the body straight and that controlled tension is exactly what I'm aiming for. # We started with José and me at the same time, looking for that synchronized front lever. It went super well! Seeing the other person’s effort motivates you to hold on for an extra second. Then, we switched it up: I moved on to the back lever wide since I always train it more than the front lever; it gives me an intense stretch while @psycho-yoseph did his front lever. Meanwhile, José's student, super focused, was alternating between his solid front lever and the tuck advance, which he already has completely under control. # The thing is that in that pure energy environment, out of nowhere, that afternoon, right there, with the moon coming up and the great vibe from my buddies, I ended up improving my front lever! The stability I was missing, I finally got it. It was the perfect ending to an incredible workout. You could really feel the connection and how teamwork pushes you to give that extra bit.
