Lindo Sábado de ejercicio y delicioso desayuno en la panadería y pastelería Sigo del C.C costa azul 🥐🥨[ Esp/Eng]

Hola queridos amigos ¡Feliz Sábado! Deseo que esten pasando un excelente fin de semana de disfrute, descanso, y muchas aventuras 🤗❤️ Por mi parte, la semana marchó muy bien, hoy para iniciar el fin in de semana , sali desde temprano a realizar el acostumbrado trote con el grupo del kárate, hicimos 7 km entre trote y carreras, que de verdad fueron muy divertidas las hicieron por categorías y pude compartir con las mamis. Fue genial! Al salir del trote estaba con muchísima hambre por lo que fui a la panadería y pastelería de sigo ubicada en el cc. Parque Costa azul, eran las 8 am y afortunadamente ya estaba abierta. De todas en la isla de Margarita, esta es mi favorita la calidad de sus productos es insuperable, en especial los cachitos de jamón, son una cosa del otro mundo. Pedí para llevar , aproveche y le pedí a los niños que estaban en casa (no asistieron al trote por malestar gripal ) pero la tentación fue grande y mi parte m3 la comí en el carro jejjejejeje. Al final pasé una mañana súper de ejercicio y buen desayuno. . Les comparto algunas fotos que capturé. Sin más amigos, espero que hayan tenido un lindo día también. Les envío un gran y fuerte abrazo. Hello dear friends, Happy Saturday! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend full of enjoyment, rest, and many adventures. For me, the week went very well. Today, to start the weekend, I went out early to do my usual jog with the karate group. We did 7 km of jogging and running, which was really fun. They did it by categories, and I was able to share it with the moms. It was great! When I finished jogging, I was very hungry, so I went to the Sigo bakery and pastry shop located in the Costa Azul shopping center. It was 8 a.m., and fortunately, it was already open. Of all the bakeries on Margarita Island, this is my favorite. The quality of their products is unbeatable, especially the ham cachitos, which are out of this world. I ordered takeout and asked the kids who were at home (they didn't go jogging because they had the flu) to come with me, but the temptation was too great, and I ate my share in the car, ha ha ha. In the end, I had a great morning of exercise and a good breakfast. Here are some photos I took. Without further ado, friends, I hope you had a nice day too. I send you a big hug.
