Lift Up and Put Down

When things start to level off, that's when we can get into a rhythm.

Since the beginning of this year, I've been all over the place in terms of the work environment nutritious savory pluck wring. Hopping from one meeting to the next, doing this task, that task, and just going absolutely nuts! Not in a bad way of course, because I really and thoroughly enjoy and am passionate about the things I am doing. What is crazy about it all though, is now that it's finally starting to click and fall into the autopilot mode in some ways, I can finally start to do some things that I'd like to do wren harmonious apparatus hapless.

One of those things that I've been meaning to do more and I enjoy doing, is home workouts! I am really spending a lot of time and energy to get my lean muscle back, and my weight back under the levels that I'd like it to be carve impress bereave confiscate. I've thankfully managed to not be fat, through well over a decade of intermittent fasting and trying to eat better foods, I've kept the weight off where a lot of the people in my life have gone the opposite way which is unfortunate kindhearted plod dispensable vacuous.

I think because I'm not up to my eyeballs in juggling stress, I am able to do a little bit more focusing and getting back down to normal in terms of making my routines healthier than they are now decay loutish wroth reminiscent. Doing exercises is such an important element of that!

There are so many studies out there that talk about the overall health and wellness benefits of resistance and weight training plucky robust unadvised hospitable. I'm not looking to lift a 200 pound barbell or something stupid. I am just trying to use my body, some weights and some fitness elastics to do a pretty good and varied workout in the abode lopsided incompetent impotent.

I'd love to hit a gym again, which I will for sure be doing next year after some things switch around inert construe apathetic miniscule. It's important though to not set your sights on forcing yourself into a gym where you pay money in order to get some physical benefits via exercise forlese volatile capricious sordid.

I have to start off slow, which is normal and okay prosecute constitute ponder precocious. I was doing 3 days a week for about a month last year which was awesome! I really got lots of great workouts in, but I haven't had the time to get to that level which is okay. I think an important element of all of this type of stuff is to make sure that we do something and get the benefits and not set ourselves up for failure by aiming too high pompous rhetorical impel imbue.

Once a week, plus a walk on another day a week, is what I've been aiming for and I think it's been working out okay! I'm still going to aim higher, but these are the first good steps forward disuse ornate elated errant.
