Just when you think a video game can't be more fun is when these indie games made by a couple of people, but which seem to have all the love in the universe poured into them, surprise you the most.
That's Undertale, which I spent all week trying to complete, trying to get the final Pacific ending. But I ran into a couple of obstacles and requirements that I hadn't met yet. So after loading my last save, I went to Undyne's house to see what she was doing to me. losing
Turns out there's quite a bit of extra content featuring characters we've already seen in the game, and we beat this one in particular. It seemed like her values were with the king and she wasn't very willing to be. A friend of ours
Anyway, we're going to her house in Waterfalls and immediately we meet Papyrus at the entrance. He'll be our guide on this invitation to the house of the leader of the royal guard of the monster world. At first, of course, there's a surprise, but as we get to know her, I like her more.
It turns out that, thanks to a bet Papyrus makes, we can stay alone with her and learn a little about her backstory, how she was taken in by the king and trained to be the best of his legion. I don't know how good she is because we can still defeat her, but I'm glad to learn a little more about the history of these characters.
It turns out we try to be her friend, we drink tea with her, and we even do a cooking training that ends after we burn down her house. There's quite a bit of tension between the two of us, and for a brief moment, we even engage in combat with her.
But everything calms down after Undyne discovers that we are not as bad as we seem and sets us free to go to the king and confront him. Without first giving us a letter for Dr. Alphys, who will be the next stop on this journey to find the true Pacific ending of Undertale.
There isn't much combat in this session, just dialogue and some pretty fun decisions to find unique interactions with both Papyrus and Undyne. I like it when a video game feels like it's ending but actually has a couple of pretty decent extra content underneath.
The only annoying thing is having to retrace your steps. I didn't remember we had fast travel, so I had to go through all the locations and all the puzzles from before, which was a bit slow. But after that, everything was easier, and I even discovered a hidden village in the game.
Now we're at the entrance to the lab to see one of the most terrifying things in this game. Here, things are going to get much more serious with all the psychological terror and strange monsters we can see. Not only is the lab the creepiest part, but also one of the most difficult, so we're going to have to be alert all the time. time

Justo cuándo crees que un videojuego no te puede dar más diversión es cuando más te sorprenden estos videojuegos independientes hechos por un par de personas pero que parece que todo el cariño del universo está puesto en ellos
Así es undertale, el cual estuve toda esta semana completando intentando sacar el final Pacífico definitivo pero me encontré con un par de obstáculos Y requisitos que todavía no había cumplido, así que después de cargar mi último guardado fui a la casa de Undyne para ver de qué me estaba perdiendo
Resulta que hay bastante contenido extra con personajes que ya hemos visto en el juego y en particular a este lo vencimos y parecía que sus valores estaban con el rey y no estaba muy dispuesta a ser amiga de nosotros
Pero bueno, nos vamos a su casa en Waterfalls e inmediatamente nos conseguimos en la entrada a Papyrus el cuál será nuestro guía en esta invitación a la casa de la líder de la guardia real del mundo de los monstruos, al comienzo por supuesto hay sorpresa pero a medida que vamos conociendo la me va gustando más
Resulta que y gracias a una apuesta de Papyrus que podemos quedarnos solos con ella y aprender un poco de su backstory y de cómo fue acogida por el rey y entrenada para ser la mejor de su legión, no sé qué tan buena sea porque aún así la podemos derrotar pero me alegra conocer un poco más de la historia de estos personajes
Resulta que tratamos de ser su amigo, nos bebemos un té con ella e incluso hacemos un entrenamiento de cocina que finaliza después de haber quemado su casa, hay bastante tensión entre los dos e incluso por un momento breve entramos en combate con ella
Pero todo se calma después de que Undyne descubre que no somos tan malos como parecemos y nos deja libres para que vayamos con el rey y lo enfrentemos, no sin antes darnos una carta para la doctora Alphys la cual será la próxima parada de este recorrido por encontrar el final Pacífico verdadero de undertale
No hay demasiada lucha en esta sesión, solo diálogo y algunas decisiones bastante divertidas para encontrar interacciones únicas tanto con Papyrus como con Undyne, me gusta cuando un videojuego parece que está terminando pero de hecho debajo de todo tiene un par de contenidos extra bastante decentes
Lo unico molesto es tener que seguir tus pasos hacia atras, no recordaba que teniamos viaje rapido por lo que tuve que pasar por todas las localizaciones y todos los puzles de antes, algo lento si pero despues de eso todo fue mas facil e incluso descubri una aldea oculta en el juego
Ahora estamos en la entrada del laboratorio para ver una de las cosas mas terrorificas de este juego, aqui la cosa se va a poner mucho mas seria con todo el terror psicologico y los monstruos extraños que podemos ver, no solo el laboratorio es la parte mas espeluznante sino tambien una de las mas dificiles por lo que vamos a tener que estar atentos todo el tiempo
