🥟✨ ¡Como prometí, acá va la segunda parte de mi aventura empanadera! Les cuento cómo hice las empanadas caseras que mostré el otro día 😋👇 En el post anterior les mostré un poquito del paso a paso de mis empanadas caseras... ¡PERO no les mostré el quilombito hermoso que armé en la cocina! 😂🔥 Así que acá va el detrás de escena REAL: 📸 Toda la mesada ocupada, las hornallas a full, y cada rincón con algo encima. ¡Puro caos empanadero!

🥟✨ As promised, here's the second part of my empanada adventure! I'm telling you how I made the homemade empanadas I showed you the other day 😋👇 In the previous post, I showed you a little bit of the step-by-step process for my homemade empanadas... BUT I didn't show you the beautiful mess I created in the kitchen! 😂🔥 So here's the REAL behind-the-scenes: 📸 The entire counter was occupied, the stove was on full blast, and every corner had something on it. Pure empanada chaos!

👉 Entre picar, cocinar el relleno, hervir los huevos 🥚, cortar las aceitunas 🫒, preparar las tapas, armar las empanadas y hornearlas... 🔥 No quedó un centímetro libre en la cocina. Tenía ollas por un lado, bols con relleno por otro, la bandeja lista para el horno y un ejército de empanadas esperando su turno 😅

👉 Between chopping, cooking the filling, boiling the eggs 🥚, slicing the olives 🫒, preparing the tapas, assembling the empanadas, and baking them... 🔥 There wasn't a single inch left in the kitchen. I had pots on one side, bowls of filling on the other, the baking sheet ready for the oven, and an army of empanadas waiting their turn 😅

💪 Pero valió totalmente la pena. No solo por lo ricas que quedaron, sino por el momento de meterme de lleno en algo casero, hecho con amor y paciencia (¡y un poco de desorden también!). y OBVIO que un poco de MATE siempre ayuda a hacer todo mas copado , un saludo para todos amigos de hive y gracias por leer y votarme tambien!!! saluditos!!!!

💪 But it was totally worth it. Not only because they were so delicious, but also because I got to immerse myself in something homemade, made with love and patience (and a little bit of mess, too!).
