Hola a todos, existen momentos en que nos comprometemos a preparar en esta caso, una comida sabrosa para el almuerzo, bueno como de sabrosa se trata y para toda la familia, se me ocurrio, cocinar en esta ocacion pescado frito,-paty- es un pez de rio y son de tamaños enormes, asi que el que compre solamente pesaba kilos, el cual una ves que llegue a casa, lo lave muy bien, porque el mismo se consigue fresco pero limpio, luego de eso lo trose en porciones pequeñas como se puede ver en la fotografia.
Lo siguiente amigos es preparar en un volts, harina solamente, en otro volts, prepare limon, ajo, oregano y sal, el cual lo bati muy bien, para eso tenia una olla de hierro, la cual coloque en un lugar estrategico, para que el viento no molestara, encendi el fuego con leños luego le agregue aceite y un poco de grasa vegetal a dicha olla.
Cuando dicho aceite se calento muy bien, comence colocando trozos de dicho pescado en la harina, luego a la olla con el aceite, una ves frito de ambos lados, o sea bien dorado, porque el pescado mal cocinado en muy peligroso, luego cuando los quitaba de la olla, le agregaba lo que contiene el otro volts, con limon.
Bueno lo que vemos en esta mesita y en otro volts, es mandioca la cuan es para acompañar el pescado una ves frito, al que tambien le agregue papel de servilleta para que de esa manera salga el resto de aceite de cada trozo de pescado.
Lo principal como se puede ver en esta fotografia amigos, es que toda la familia y algunos invitados, degustaran de dicho pescado frito, con mandioca y que la verdad salio todo muy sabroso, lo digo porque no quedo nada jajaja.
Es bueno cuando lo que uno como en este caso cocina, es del agrado de grandes y chicos, porque la verdad comieron hasta saciarse, en mi caso le agregue bastante limon, como a mi me gusta.

Hello everyone, there are moments when we commit to preparing, in this case, a tasty meal for lunch. Well, since it's about something tasty and for the whole family, I thot of cooking fried fish this time. Paty is a river fish and they are huge, so the one I bought weighed only a few kilos. Once I got home, I washed it very well because it is usually found fresh but clean. After that, I cut it into small pieces as you can see in the photograph.
Next, friends, prepare in one bowl, only flour, and in another bowl, prepare lemon, garlic, oregano, and salt, which I mixed very well. For this, I had an iron pot, which I placed in a strategic location so that the wind wouldn't bother. I lit the fire with logs, then added oil and a bit of vegetable fat to that pot.
When the oil was heated very well, I started by placing pieces of the fish in the flour, then into the pot with the oil. Once fried on both sides, that is, well browned, because undercooked fish is very dangerous, then when I took them out of the pot, I added what was in the other bowl, with lemon.
Well, what we see on this little table and in another bowl is cassava, which is for accompanying the fish once it's fried. I also added a napkin so that the remaining oil from each piece of fish would come out.
The main thing, as you can see in this photograph, friends, is that the whole family and some guests will enjoy this fried fish with cassava, and honestly, everything turned out very tasty, I say this because nothing was left, haha.
It's nice when what you cook, like in this case, is enjoyed by both adults and kids, because honestly, they ate until they were full. In my case, I added a lot of lemon, just the way I like it.
