Hi, athletes, how are you today?
I'm fine. I figured I'd only have two more long days of work before I finally get some rest. I've almost finished the week's schedule. I've made good progress on the first two days so that the next few days will be much calmer and more relaxed, even if that doesn't stop me from getting up at 5:30 AM to get going.
But today, having mostly done long chores that required little movement, we did our 10,000 steps little by little, and we finished them in the evening, doing a few quick laps around the base of the building just for the pride of having managed to get them done.
And how did you spend your day? Was it long, fast, tiring, or relaxing?
