Hey athletes, how are you doing today?
As for me, I’m doing great — even though I’m exhausted from work. I haven’t stopped all day. What really wore me out is something everyone has experienced at least once in their life, probably multiple times:
The classic “went to bed too late, woke up too early.” After work, I went out for a walk. I tried to hit 10,000 steps — and this time I actually did it. I didn’t really feel like it, but I’m motivated deep down, just for the satisfaction of doing it.
I stopped at 10K, now I just want to chill and get some sleep — not make the same mistake as last night.
