I bought this bike from Kogan in January 2023 after a fun experience riding e-bikes on the Gold Coast. It cost me just under $1k AUD and I happily rode it around twice a week for the first year and probably once a week for the second year. A couple of months ago the range of the bike was severely limited and then just stopped working all together. I was unable to try to remove the battery during winter as it was just so bitterly cold. Now that the weather is finally warm enough, I spent some time removing it and inspecting the battery so I could plan my repair/replacement strategy. Kogan want 369.00 + $25.00 shipping for a replacement...almost half the cost of the bike itself! Let's see if I can fix it and for a reasonable price.
