Hi Steemians,
I am posting a blog after a gap of one week, but curation, Steem Monsters battling and other stuffs didn't stop.
I hope you are all doing good and enjoying your stay on Steemit whether blogging, curating or working on other things.
I have been busy keeping an eye on steem-engine.com as I have been posting my blogs from different platforms like steempeak.com, upfund.me and even palnet.io in an effort to earn some tokens to work more towards curating other's posts with tokens along with Steem and believe me, it's working great for me so far.
I would like to give updates about Steem Monsters quest, purchase of booster packs and also about the Cricket matches going on between India and West Indies and Australia and England.
Steem Monsters Quest:
It's been fun battling it out with fellow steemians on Steem Monsters battles and I got to win today's quest with Fire splinters.
Quest was far more easy as I have been able to upgrade most of the cards to atleast level 5.
And... here are the cards I won for completing today's quest :
By far the best quest cards I received in more than a month's time as you can see the cards.
A Legendary RULER OF THE SEAS tops it all along with couple of Epic DIVINE SORCERESS and a Rare FLAME IMP with few other cards as you can see.
Overall, it's one of the best set of cards I have won for completing the quest.
Booster Packs:
I have been buying booster packs off late in an effort to keep up with the competition, but the result hasn't been that great.
Anyways, here are the cards I got today from 2 packs:
A Gold foiled EARTH ELEMENTAL tops it all with few cards like couple of REXXIE cards, MARLIC INFERNO and MEDUSA.
Cricket:
India vs West Indies:
India, today will start the first test against West Indies which incidentally is the first match of the test championship for both the countries.
While India looks solid with it's batting, West Indies poses a formidable bowling unit and if their batsmen can put up some good totals, it won't be easy for India to win.
England vs Australia:
Australia backed by back to back centuries by comeback man Steve Smith, won the first test match of Ashes, while they were able to force a draw in the second one although England came close to winning with the help of century by allrounder Ben Stokes.
Steve Smith made useful contribution in second test as well, but will be missing the third test as he has been injured by taking blow on his head by a bouncer from England bowling.
Ashes series has always been a fierce battle between England and Australia and England are itching to force a win to level the series.
