Time management instead of looking for increased daily time

Time is the most valuable asset possessed by humans, and the value of a man is determined by the things he spends his time on. The subject of time management made me remember a class I was in recently, and the facilitator of that class, talking about the things to do in order to stay ahead of your peers, mentioned the need to always make good use of the first 3 hours of your day. In the book titled Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy, he mentioned that effective time management starts by making a list of all your activities in order of their importance. Time management is a discipline that is very necessary in everything we do because if a person lacks the discipline of time management, they will never be able to achieve their goals. Personally I won't say I am there yet when it comes to time management, but there are a few things I do to help me manage and keep track of my time and also stay productive. 1. Waking up early: By waking up early, I am able to do a couple of activities like praying and studying my Bible, exercising, and planning my day. 2. Having a plan for the day: this helps me to allocate time to my activities, and most times, even when I am unable to finish a particular task or maybe I overshoot the time taken to complete the particular task, I can always move the next tasks to the next day. This way, I am able to stay on course. These are the major things I do to keep track of my time, but I also read the book Eat That Frog by the famous author Bryan Tracy, which I will share with you as well. Make a list of your tasks in order of priorities. By doing this, you are able to do the 20 percent, which accounts for about 80 percent of your productivity. Delegate less important tasks to others; this will help you focus your attention on the things that account for most of your productivity. You don't need more than 24 hours to get things done; all you need is that right discipline and following principles because we have seen people move from saying there's not enough time to having time to do the things they love and ultimately spending time with their family and loved ones. Do you think you need more time, or do you need to check the things that eat up the majority of your time without making you productive? Please share your thoughts in the comment section.
