Hello. Here is yesterday's activity to ensure that I stay fit and healthy. As we all know, walking consistently is the most underestimated exercise with the most undeniable results. I walked to and fro through Ring Road yesterday (from challenge to 110 and back), making it an accumulation of 1 hour and 56 minutes. Something that the ancestors would see as a normal thing but unfortunately, as technology broadens and we get lazier. We tend to see it as an extra extraordinary thing to do.
Well, coupled with the sunshine yesterday, I felt the impact of the walk, but what doesn't kill me would only make me stronger.




It's been 2 months now since I last drank any form of soda, the happiness and pride that comes with it is enough to make me healthier for real. One thing I should try and work on now is "late night food". I have recently noticed that my belly is coming out, and the only thing that could be the reason at this point is the fact that sometimes I eat late at night.
