I have some action in the Champions League Qualifier match between Club Brugge and Salzburg tonight which already starts a bit earlier in the evening around 19:30.

Club Brugge managed to get in a good position after the 0-1 away win in Salzburg and now needs at least a draw to get into the playoffs phase. In the league, they won against Cercle Brugge at home with 2-0 but it once again was not a convincing performance. They needed a red card for Cercle to get ahead after a 1st half where the visitors were actually better. Mainly on the offense they are missing some of the players who left while the new guys have yet to show that they are worthy replacements. Salzburg showed last week that they are no longer the strong side they used to be some years ago but still are quite respectable I would say. For me, this is a setup where the on paper weaker team needs to get a win away which at some point will open things up and as it's likely for the home team to score this means they will have to score at least twice. The Full Time Total line seems to be set toward this while at the same time, most likely Salzburg & also Club Brugge would sing for a situation where it's still a 0-0 score around minute 60. Club Brugge had success in the Champions League last season under the same coach as they play against teams who don't build a wall while they themselves aren't going full offense but instead count on the transition. The way I see this match play out is more cautious from both sides with Salzburg willing to take some initiative without taking too much risk. I think the Halftime total is derived from the full-time total which makes it too high. I took 0.404 units on 1st Half Under 1.25 @ 1.879 along with 0.064 units on 1H Under 1 @ 2.460 & 1st Half Under 0.5 @ 3.719 . Unless Salzburg gets the 0-2 lead which is unlikely, there is less reason for Club Brugge to push while likely at some point Salzburg will be forced to attack with Brugge crawling back more. I took 0.137 units on Salzburg 1st Half +0.75 Corners @ 2.010 & 0.068 units on Salzburg +1.5 Corners @ 1.989. I also took a tiny Crypto bet of 40 USDC on Most Goals to come in 2nd Half @ 2.00 over at Solcasino.io
