Occasionally, Dailymail, Reuters network or AP will publish something that looks ordinary and dismissable like a suicide or some factory explosion, you know the type of story.
Today, upon seeing the obituary press release for a suicide, I had an itch I couldn't scratch.
The story goes, a 26 year old man and a 32 year old woman break up, and at 2:30 am she decides to off herself but before she does she writes neat notes to everyone she loves and even leaves passwords to her devices. After all this meticulous thought, she decides (since she is a caring loving person according to the profile), to off herself via SKYDIVE where she has SPENT HER ADULT LIFE BEING A PASSIONATE SKYDIVER EXAMPLE TO MANY PEOPLE, INCLUDING YOUNGER KIDS.
Take that in for a moment. Now, according to the report, she has no mental health history whatsoever.
Furthermore, the Coroner immediately accepts her suicide note as cause (red flag for quick determination of cause of death).
Secondly, the Coroner either mentions blunt force head trauma or back injuries, depending on the article you read.
Thirdly, the family statement goes out of its way to say "They accept the Coroner's statement on the manner of death". This is followed shortly by a GoFundMe listing with their letter, indicating they are being compensated or coordination is occurring to do so. Personally, I don't see ANY need to mention accepting a Coroner's statement unless that was explicitly required by someone (A Party of Interest).
Now at this point, I have reasonable doubt. I may be the only person on the internet publishing this so I'll punch it out and leave real sleuths to figure this out.
Ben Goodfellow, her mate that "broke up with her" according to the story is 1) a mechanic 2) is 7 years younger which may indicate maturity or psychological state during traumatic moments such as a break up 3) a 'rocker' or 'musician' depending on the article.
My first thought was my gut is telling me, the break up for a lady that has a long-established career, loving family, no mental health issues having a break up is nothing new. As far as we know, it is not a lifelong romance that disintegrated, causing her whole life to spiral out of control into mayhem and suicide in a matter of 48 hours (the break up preceeded the so-called suicide within 24 hours or so as I understand).
But if we consider an alternative, could Ben Goodfellow (if that is really his name, or a cover name for a billionaire playboy) actually be a short tempered younger man with a woman he isn't able to keep any more, and being desperate knowing she was a catch to begin with, he concocts a plan. In order for a suicide like this to come together, I don't see how he could do it alone.
1) plane with a pilot needed to drop a diver 2) equipment must be tampered with by someone who knows how to sabotage it 3) notes need to be orchestrated for key persons 4) people need to be paid off to stay silent (coroner, family) and journalists/ law firm to publish a press release 5) chaos theory: the execution of such a plan requires care, timing and discipline, which a young mechanic with a creative career may not have: it requires method - and so much would go haywire if he were to do so alone
So here is what I believe happened: 1) She breaks up with him, perhaps weeks or months before due to his temper (this would need to be verified by in person accounts of character) 2) He refuses to believe it, but she blocks his number, blocks him out and tells his family. But he is well connected and possibly rich - he makes connections to law firm to work with him and some cronies to execute her during a sky dive or before a sky dive 3) documents are forged and placed on the day that she is moved to the plane, her equipment is staged to appear "setup for suicide" and then she is dressed and tossed 4) the blunt force and other injuries would come from a hit man or hit team 5) press releases are all ready for the day or a few hours after and a set of other professionals ready to guide the family to ensure they draw no conclusions and say nothing about Ben Goodfellow 6) If Ben Goodfellow is not a real name, it is likely a royal, a wealthy man or woman's offspring etc.
This is all speculation, firing from the gut. A meaningless suicide mentioned and absolutely no details about the other person who is of interest, a flimsy coroner report. This stinks of OJ mode of operations in the "justice system".
---- EDIT 1:
The cover up in the comments section of New York Post is pretty damning: https://nypost.com/2025/08/21/world-news/experienced-skydiver-deliberately-fell-to-her-death-day-after-breakup-with-partner-coroner/
New York Post staff highlight all the comments that are saying she is crazy and so forth.
Meanwhile, one astute commenter points out, SHE BROKE UP with him - and then the various posts changed the story now to say "We don't know who broke up with whom".
This confirms that she was the one who did the breaking up. With the amount of hateful comments pointed at her for being immature, stupid, etc, it's easy to see that a certain narrative about her character, the destruction of her character, is being powered by a team. * Who says criminals don't go back to the scene of the crime to clean up?*
"She typically wore a camera to capture her dives, but did not wear one during her last jump, the outlet reported."
Since she loved everyone so much, she went ahead and turned off the camera that would prove that she died voluntarily. The camera footage's absence screams out 'murder' to me.
... And as the stories keep getting passed around, they should alter the details more as they see doubt arise with the general public, until they have softened the vague edges of their lies. "The couple mutually decided" from "she broke up with him" and "she was a reckless skydiver" or "she was a party girl and drank before the bad dive". Her character will likely need to be shot down some more for the public to swallow it, but it will be a tough pill to swallow as it is obscene mismatch between character profile of the victim here and the actual murderer(s).
