Good morning friends hivers, I hope you have an excellent start of the week. Today I tell you about this route yesterday, where I got up at 5:30 to get organized and meet with my other family, as usual go out and make great rides with the herd.
In this route called the guacamayas and the cardal, where it has quite demanding parts, I would say it was a 70% of positive elevation gain, there was a trail all the time, with stone road a little loose, a lot of forest and we also had a little mud on a very narrow road before reaching the first part where we stopped for breakfast, the place there had a great view, where you can see the Cerro Bravo of the municipality of Fredonia. The breakfast was very good and helped us to recharge energy and make the second part to the Cardal, where there was a short route that demanded us a little more, which I like because the other weekend is coming a fairly long and challenging route.
We stopped to take several pictures, even on a tractor haha, we all encouraged to take the picture there, this happened just before the descent, which was also very good where it requires great skill and good brakes, it ended on the road that leads 500 meters from the toll of the Amaga - Caldas road, and we took the old railroad track.
When we arrived to Caldas we had a few beers, told anecdotes and laughed a little, this group is very good because you can share with friends and like the big family that it is.

Buenos días amigo hivers, deseo tengan un excelente inicio de semana. Hoy les cuento de esta ruta realizada el día de ayer, en dónde me levanté a las 5:30 para organizarme y encontrarme con mi otra familia, como es habitual salir y hacer grandes rodadas con la manada.
En esta ruta llamada las guacamayas y el cardal, dónde tiene partes bastante exigentes, yo diría que fue un 70% de desvivel positivo, hubo trocha todo el tiempo, con carretera de piedra un poco suelta, mucho bosque y nos tocó también un poco de lodo por un camino muy estrecho antes de llegar a la primera parte donde paramos a desayunar, el lugar allí tenía gran vista, donde se puede ver el cerro bravo del municipio de Fredonia. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y nos ayudaba para recargar energías y hacer la segunda parte hacia el Cardal, en dónde hubo un trayecto corto que nos exigió un poco más, lo cual me gusta porque el otro fin de semana se viene una ruta bastante larga y retadora.
Paramos a tomarnos varias fotos, incluso sobre un tractor jaja, todos nos animamos a tomarnos la foto allí, esto paso justo antes de la bajada, que también estubo muy buena donde se requiere gran habilidad y buenos frenos, está finalizó en la vía que conduce a 500 metros del peaje de la vía Amaga - Caldas, y tomamos la vía antigua del ferrocarril.
Al llegar a Caldas nos tomamos unas cuantas cervezas, contamos anécdotas y nos reímos un poco, este grupo es muy bueno porque se puede compartir entre amigos y como la gran familia que es.
Cómo ya les mencioné, se viene una gran ruta y lo obviamente se las compartiré más adelante; pero ¡esa! Es otra historia.
