¡Un saludo especial para la comunidad #SWC! Les quiero contar sobre una sesión de freestyle única que vivimos anoche. Nuestro compañero atleta Angelo Castillo nos abrió las puertas de su casa, que se transformó en el mejor escenario posible para entrenar. Con colchones por todos lados que amortiguaban cada caída, la libertad para intentar cualquier movimiento era total. Junto a mi hermano de entrenamiento @yeremy-sw, nos dimos cita para una práctica que combinó intensidad y diversión pura. Fue el entorno perfecto para soltarnos sin miedo y explorar nuevos límites con total seguridad.
A special greeting to the #SWC community! I want to tell you about a unique freestyle session we had last night. Our fellow athlete Angelo Castillo opened the doors of his home to us, which became the best possible training ground. With mattresses everywhere to cushion every fall, we had complete freedom to try any move. Together with my training partner @yeremy-sw, we got together for a practice session that combined intensity and pure fun. It was the perfect environment to let loose without fear and explore new limits in complete safety.

Fue una de esas jornadas que recuerdas por la complicidad y las risas entre combo y combo. Poder entrenar con esa paz mental, sabiendo que una caída no sería más que un momento de aprendizaje, nos permitió a ambos rendir al máximo y disfrutar cada segundo. Agradecida con Angelo por su hospitalidad y con Yeremy por esa química que siempre eleva la sesión. ¡Así, con esta unión, es que la comunidad sigue creciendo! It was one of those days you remember for the camaraderie and laughter between combos. Being able to train with that peace of mind, knowing that a fall would be nothing more than a learning moment, allowed us both to perform at our best and enjoy every second. I am grateful to Angelo for his hospitality and to Yeremy for that chemistry that always elevates the session. It is with this unity that the community continues to grow!
