¡Un saludo muy especial a toda la gran familia de Hive y a mi querida comunidad #SWC! 👋 Esta tarde fue un recordatorio de por qué amo lo que hacemos. Reuní a varios de los amigos que entrenan conmigo para una sesión muy productiva, enfocada en guiarlos con paciencia y detalles. Estuvimos trabajando la base de la plancha frontal, corrigiendo la postura y la distribución de la fuerza, mientras que otro de mis amigos se aventuró a dominar la técnica del dinámico scorpion. Fue increíble dedicar tiempo a observar sus avances y compartir cada corrección.
A very special greeting to the entire Hive family and my beloved #SWC community! 👋 This afternoon was a reminder of why I love what we do. I gathered several of my training buddies for a very productive session, focused on guiding them with patience and attention to detail. We worked on the basics of the front plank, correcting posture and force distribution, while another of my friends ventured to master the dynamic scorpion technique. It was incredible to spend time observing their progress and sharing each correction.

La verdadera recompensa no está en los trucos que yo pueda hacer, sino en encender esa chispa en los demás y, sobre todo, en presenciar de primera mano el progreso tangible que ya tienen. Ver cómo hoy lograron mantener la plancha con mejor forma, o cómo el scorpion ganó en fluidez y control, es un sentimiento que no tiene precio. Esto refuerza que el camino en la calistenia se recorre mejor en compañía. Sigamos construyendo esta familia, donde cada uno eleva al otro. ¿Ustedes también han tenido la alegría de guiar a alguien en su progreso?
The real reward isn't in the tricks I can do, but in igniting that spark in others and, above all, in witnessing firsthand the tangible progress they've already made. Seeing how they managed to hold the plank in better form today, or how the scorpion gained in fluidity and control, is a priceless feeling. This reinforces that the path in calisthenics is best traveled in company. Let's continue to build this family, where each person lifts up the other.
