Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo mi compañero @yeremy-sw y yo nos preparamos para la emocionante competencia de calistenia Street Workout Duels Battle, organizada por nuestra querida comunidad. Esta tarde, antes de entrenar, notamos que la barra tenía un pequeño problema—el tubo se giraba un poco—pero entre todos logramos repararla y quedó excelente, permitiéndonos practicar todas las rondas de la competencia con total satisfacción. Fue una sesión intensa pero muy productiva, y estamos más que listos para dar lo mejor de nosotros en el duelo. ¡Gracias por el apoyo y nos vemos en la batalla! 💪🔥
Greetings to the entire incredible Hive community and especially to my fellow SWC (Street Workout Community) members! Today I want to share with you how my partner @yeremy-sw and I prepared for the exciting Street Workout Duels Battle calisthenics competition, organized by our beloved community. This afternoon, before training, we noticed that the bar had a small problem—the tube was turning a bit—but together we managed to fix it and it turned out great, allowing us to practice all the rounds of the competition with complete satisfaction. It was an intense but very productive session, and we are more than ready to give our best in the duel. Thank you for your support and see you in battle! 💪🔥

¡Y así entrenamos para el Street Workout Duels Battle que ya vivimos! 💪🔥 Aunque hoy la competencia quedó atrás, estos entrenamientos (¡hasta con barra reparada entre todos!) fueron clave para llegar preparados. Un saludo a la familia SWC por el apoyo constante, a @yeremy-sw por ser un compañero de fatigas (y piruetas 😉), y a los rivales que pusieron alto el nivel.
And that's how we trained for the Street Workout Duels Battle that we just experienced! 💪🔥 Although today the competition is behind us, these training sessions (even with a barbell repaired by everyone!) were key to getting us ready. A shout-out to the SWC family for their constant support, to @yeremy-sw for being a fellow struggler (and acrobat 😉), and to our rivals who raised the bar.
