Patient children in five minutes

Nowadays, it is very difficult for our children to have balanced and patient behaviors. I say this because of society and modern values, where dedicating time to our children is fundamental to raise them as patient and empathetic adults.

While many of us are overwhelmed by the day to day routine, if you are trying to be more patient with your children, the first thing you should do is try to get a good night's sleep to be rested.

Children are very intuitive and detect when something is not going well, even if they don't say so. The best thing to do is to talk openly with them about the situation.
